Hey everybody.

I am very glad to be doing this. Anything about food and cooking gets me excited. I’ve created this page just so I can let my passion known. I think I can help some by putting some of my favorite recipes out and results from research I’ve conducted  I think are interesting.

A little bit about me

I am 22 years old. I have an Associate degree in culinary arts. I spent 2 1/2 years working in a kitchen. I had to stop so that I could bring my self back to school. I am now an hospitality major, and I am having the time of my life. My goal is to be able to open my restaurant one day, and probably own a hotel or more too.
